Brooke is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She offers a compassionate and holistic approach to psychotherapy, creating a warm and supportive space where individuals and couples can reconnect and embark on the journey toward healing and growth. Brooke views each client as unique and adapts her approach to meet individual needs, drawing on both the mind and body to support lasting change.

With a strong foundation in trauma-informed and attachment-based care, Brooke supports individuals experiencing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. She has particular experience working with first responders and individuals who have endured overwhelming or persistent stress. Her approach integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and somatic modalities to help clients process difficult experiences and develop a deeper sense of emotional resilience and self-understanding.

 

Brooke draws from a range of evidence-based practices including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic and mindfulness-based interventions, parts work, and trauma-informed modalities. She is dedicated to fostering a safe and attuned therapeutic relationship where clients feel deeply supported as they work through past wounds, build insight, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
